Position Details:

Supernormal is thrilled to announce that we are looking for someone to join our senior management team. We are currently seeking to find an enthusiastic and self-motivated Restaurant Manager with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:
Running smooth and profitable services to a high operational standard
Driving the recruitment, training and the development of your team
Ensuring the maintenance of high productivity and valuable staff morale
Conducting monthly performance management appraisals
Writing costed rosters that adhere to budgets
Building rapport with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business




Working closely with the kitchen and reservation team in the planning of functions &special; events

Requirements
Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.
In depth knowledge of food and wine
The ability to control the financial performance of the venue
We are looking for a generous manager, someone who is willing to share their time, knowledge and love for what they do.

Salary

$75,000 to $85,000 annual base salary

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
