We are a growing Korean bakery in Melbourne’s west, specialising in a variety of Korean-style breads and baked goods. We are looking for an experienced baker to join our team.
About the Role
You will be involved in the daily production of our breads and baked goods, including dough preparation, shaping, proofing and baking.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–4 years of qualified baking experience
Strong bread-making and dough-handling skills
Able to work independently and efficiently
Consistent attention to product quality and presentation
Reliable, responsible and a valuable team player
Experience in a Korean or Asian bakery is preferred, but not essential
