About the role
Manage the leasing process and communication for assigned relets
Hold open inspections and private viewings for prospective tenants




Complete detailed ingoing inspections
Complete detailed routine inspections
Complete current business handover inspections
Assist the team in ad-hoc duties as required

Tenant and landlord communication
Leasing processes
Property inspections
Tenancy legislation

Requirements
South Australian Property Management Registration (or willingness to obtain)
Police clearance
Drivers licence
