What We're Looking For:
A proven track record of successfully delivering complex change management or business transition programs within large enterprise settings.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills,
with the ability to build immediate rapport across all corporate levels.
Demonstrated experience designing structured training plans, user adoption models, and communication campaigns.
A proactive, self-driven approach, with the agility to manage independent work packages within broader project structures.
Prior experience supporting offshore, global, or decentralised operating model transitions is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, PCI, or similar change methodology) are well regarded.
