About the Role

This hands‑on position supports drilling operations in the field. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives outdoors in all weather conditions. The role involves assisting the driller with daily tasks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring protected, productive site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the driller with setup, operation, and pack‑down of drilling equipment
Handle drill rods, core samples, and site materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area

Skills & Attributes
High level of physical fitness and stamina
Enjoys working outdoors in wide-ranging conditions
Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive physical tasks

Requirements
Current driver’s licence (HR or MR desirable)
White Card (Construction Induction)
Previous labouring or outdoor work experience preferred but not essential
