Drive Personnel is seeking experienced Supervisors and Superintendents to join a growing team delivering a major Water Corporation project in the Pilbara. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys building solid teams, driving safety, and delivering quality outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on offer
$105–$115 per hour
2:1 FIFO roster
Karratha | Water Corporation project
Immediate start
Lead a crew of approximately 10 personnel
Dedicated back-to-back Supervisor to provide roster support
Long-term chance with a respected contractor

Requirements
Section 26 (S26) qualification is not essential but will be highly regarded.
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Superintendent in mining, civil, SMP, mechanical or infrastructure projects
Solid leadership and communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality
Ability to manage and motivate site crews
Current Australian driver's licence
Relevant trade qualification or industry experience
