Gardening Sydney is a family-run business based on the Northern Beaches, servicing childcare centres, strata, residential and commercial properties.

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Gardener to join our growing team. This is initially a casual position, with the prospect to move into a permanent role for the right person.

The Role
General garden and landscape maintenance
Pruning, planting, mulching, weeding and watering
Mowing, edging, hedging and blowing
Operating gardening machinery and equipment
Chemical application when required
Working independently and as part of a small team

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 12 months’ professional gardening experience
Current manual driver’s licence
Confident operating gardening machinery
Reliable, punctual and well-presented




Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work unsupervised and take pride in your work
Strong focus on safety and quality

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 38.0 per week

Experience:
Gardening: 1 year (Required)

Licence/Certification:
Drivers Licence and able to drive manual vehicle? (Required)
