We’re currently partnering with several well‑regarded Gold Coast family law practices that are looking to appoint experienced Family Lawyers across Senior Associate, Special Counsel, and Partner‑track levels . These firms are known for high‑quality work, strong internal support, and genuinely balanced workloads.

These roles suit practitioners who enjoy a mix of complex parenting and property matters, strategy‑driven negotiation, and high‑touch client work. Several positions also offer the option to shape team culture, contribute to practice growth, or step into a defined leadership pathway.

What You’ll Be Working On
Complex property settlements,



including high‑net‑worth and multi‑entity structures
Parenting matters ranging from negotiated outcomes to litigated disputes
Binding Financial Agreements, consent orders, and strategic advisory work
Mediation, dispute resolution, and team-oriented practice where appropriate
(For senior levels) Team leadership, supervision, and practice development

What’s on Offer
$160,000 – $220,000 + super, depending on experience and seniority
Genuine flexibility and hybrid options
Strong administrative and paralegal support
Stable workflows with a focus on quality over volume

Who We’re Looking For
A Family Lawyer with 5+ PAE, up to Special Counsel or Partner level
Strong technical capability across both parenting and property matters
Confident communicator with a client‑centred approach
