About BNAILS

BNAILS is a fast-growing press-on nail brand located in Melbourne Central. We are looking for an experienced, confident and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a sales-focused role. We are looking for someone who enjoys approaching customers, understands customer needs, recommends the right products, upsells and confidently closes sales.

What You'll Do
Proactively approach and engage with customers
Provide personalised product recommendations
Drive sales and achieve daily sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell to increase customer spend
Handle high customer traffic confidently and efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
Process sales through POS and maintain store presentation
Work independently and contribute to overall store performance

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience
Robust sales ability and experience working towards sales targets
Confident and proactive when approaching customers
Strong upselling and closing skills




Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
Strong English communication skills
Experience in beauty, fashion, cosmetics or other sales-focused retail settings is highly regarded
Long-term availability and unrestricted Australian working rights preferred
