This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team and build your career with one of the region's leading hospitality venues. We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated Casual Kitchen Hands to join the team at Doltone House Sylvania Waters.
Your main responsibilities:
Assist with food prep and kitchen cleaning
Keep kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic.
Handle dishwashing, waste disposal and stock rotation.
Keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently
Work across exciting events, from weddings to corporate functions
Your attributes:
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Team player who thrives in a rapid-paced environment
Your experience:
Previous work in a kitchen, café, restaurant or catering environment is an advantage
Familiarity with food hygiene, safety and cleaning standards.
Experience with basic food preparation (chopping, washing, portioning).
Handling dishwashing, waste disposal and stock rotation.
Working in fast-paced or team-oriented environments.
Any exposure to events or catering kitchens is a bonus but not essential.
