Receptionist – Outbound Sales Focus (Real Estate Industry – Northern Suburbs)

About the Role
As a Client Experience & Reception Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face and proactive voice of our agency—connecting with clients both in person and over the phone. This hybrid position blends front-desk administration with outbound client engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and wants to grow into a client-facing sales or property management role in real estate.

Key Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience to clients, tenants, and landlords.
Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, tenants, and landlords to assist with property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.
Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams.
Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the agency’s skilled image.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of client communication and service processes.

Qualifications & Experience




Robust communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is advantageous.
Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in professional client conversations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new CRM platforms.
Reliable, well-presented, and a strong team player with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
