Relationship Manager – Corporate Lending

We are currently working with a foreign bank with an expanding presence in Sydney to recruit a Relationship Manager to support the build‑out of its local corporate lending franchise.

This role will focus on originating and managing large commercial and corporate lending relationships across a diversified client base, working closely with internal credit, risk and product partners.

The Role
Originate new corporate and commercial lending opportunities in the Sydney market
Build and grow a portfolio of diversified corporate clients
Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, delivering high‑quality ongoing coverage
Structure and negotiate complex lending transactions in conjunction with credit and risk teams
Leverage local market knowledge and networks to support sustainable portfolio growth

About You

This role will suit an experienced relationship manager who understands both origination and client coverage in the Australian corporate banking market.




Experience in corporate or commercial banking, ideally within a bank operating in Australia
Solid knowledge of the Sydney corporate lending market
An established network of corporate clients, intermediaries or professional advisers
Solid understanding of credit structuring and risk assessment
A commercial, relationship‑driven approach with strong communication skills
