The opportunity involves leading the Care Team in delivering therapeutic supports for children and young people, reporting to the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include:
Provide therapeutic support to children and young people with complex needs
Lead Care Teams to ensure secure, supportive, and trauma-informed care environments
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies, including positive behaviour support and care/case planning
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating referrals, managing transitions, and ensuring placement stability

About the ideal candidate:
Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, occupational therapy, or a related field




5+ years of experience delivering therapeutic support to children and young people
Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred practice
Resilient, confident, and pragmatic when managing complex situations
