About you
4–8 years' post‑qualification experience in M&A; and private equity transactions.
Proven experience from a leading Australian or international law firm.
Australian admitted or England & Wales qualified with strong academic achievement from a top law school.
A genuine passion for transactional work and the ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy.
The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performing, and collegiate team workplace.
