Portfolio Lead- Engineering
Expertise in one or more of the core engineering services, preferably in Asset Management/ Maintenance functions. Positive to know skills – GIS, Plant Automation services/Control Systems and Plant Design Engineering.
Proven capabilities in Growth and Transformation of customer organization by defining customer problems and positioning relevant solutions.
From Relationship perspective, skills in developing new connects, identifying opportunities and providing solution development support would be needed to be successful.
Experience in customer facing role in a multi-stakeholder workplace within customer org and also familiarity with onsite/offshore model.
Positive interpersonal skills and strong communication and presentation skills
