Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) is seeking a Kitchen Stewarding Team Leader to oversee day-to-day stewarding operations across a range of events and venues. You will supervise cleaning, maintenance, and organisation of kitchen and stewarding areas, while leading a team to uphold hygiene and efficiency from set-up to pack-down.
The role requires supervisory experience in large-scale kitchens, solid knowledge of food safety standards, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
