You will lead end-to-end recruitment for radiographers, sonographers, nurses and leadership roles, while also driving our graduate radiographer program and coaching a Recruitment Officer.
You will design sourcing strategies, advise on role requirements, and build hiring manager capability to ensure fair, consistent decisions.
