Ever-Luck Investments Pty Ltd operates a hugely popular restaurant servicing Australind and surrounding suburbs. We are currently looking for a Senior Head Barista.

Employment Duties

Under the direction of the proprietors to work as a Barista including, but not limited to:
Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages including lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso-based beverages, whether served hot or cold.
Cleaning and maintaining the coffee service area, coffee-making area and espresso machine.
Regularly selecting and grinding coffee beans.
Promoting the range of coffee beverages and products.
Where appropriate, collecting payment for the sales of coffee beverages.
Operating cash registers.
Selling light snacks.
Rostering employees.
Training employees.
Such other duties as are incidental to the work of a Barista.

Qualification

The successful candidate must have the minimum formal qualification to work as a Barista (by formal qualification or work experience). At least 2 years of work experience is preferred.
