Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and plan for the Mortgage data migration program.
Work on estimation and vendor coordination
Lead and manage a team of test analysts and engineers to execute testing activities across multiple phases of the project.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and design test cases accordingly.
Ensure all testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Coordinate and manage testing environments, ensuring availability and readiness for various testing phases.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential testing challenges.
Effective in Defect identification and defect Tracking, project management and reporting
Experience working with cloud migration or data center migration projects
Experience with Agile testing methodologies, test tools like ALM, Jira, Selenium or UFT




Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on testing progress, issues, and risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software Testing and Test management
Proven experience as a Test Manager in mortgage and banking domain
Experience in estimating, performance testing , vendor coordination, and handling of large projects
Solid understanding of banking processes and systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in test management tools and software.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
