Test Manager – Automation |

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with solid expertise in Test Automation, QA, and Test Management. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing teams, defining test strategies, managing automation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage QA/testing teams across multiple projects.
Define and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Approach, and Test Processes.
Drive test automation strategy and increase automation coverage.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks.
Manage functional, regression, integration, system, API, and end-to-end testing.
Review and approve test cases, scripts, test reports, and quality metrics.
Coordinate with Development, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
Manage test planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Identify testing risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
Track and report QA metrics, defects, automation coverage, and testing progress to stakeholders.




Ensure testing activities follow QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of automation and DevOps practices.
Support CI/CD integration of automated test suites.
Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Mentor and develop QA engineers and automation testers.

Technical Skills
Solid experience in Test Management and QA Leadership.
Hands-on experience with Test Automation.
Automation tools/frameworks such as:
Selenium
Playwright
Cypress
Appium
REST Assured
Programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps for test and defect management.
