This is an prospect for a hands-on Technical Lead who wants to shape both technology and people. You'll work closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to drive technical direction, support architectural evolution and help engineers grow in capability, confidence and ownership. This is not a people management role. It's a leadership position for someone who leads from the front, remains close to the code and enjoys helping others achieve their best work.

What you'll do




Lead technical direction and engineering decision-making across a critical ERP and application platform
Coach and mentor engineers, helping them build capability, confidence and technical ownership
Drive a team-oriented, high-performing engineering culture through influence rather than authority
Develop trusted relationships with engineers, providing constructive feedback, guidance and support
Create clarity by establishing technical standards, priorities and best practices across the team
Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering stakeholders to deliver practical business outcomes
Support engineers in navigating complex technical challenges, trade-offs and architectural decisions
Champion continuous improvement across engineering practices, code quality and delivery standards
