You will provide direct leadership to the Technical Coaches and Training Coordinator, acting as the primary connection between the Technical Capability Manager's strategic direction and on-the-ground delivery of coaching, training coordination, and capability uplift activities.

The role will be required to operate across three sites (North Lakes, Kawana, and Johannesburg (Virtual).

The key success criteria for the role include:
Consistent delivery of coaching and training coordination activities on time and to the required standard.
Measurable improvement in the performance and capability of direct reports, evidenced through coaching quality assessments, activity completion rates, and individual development progress.
Smooth day-to-day operations across the team, including effective scheduling,



resource coordination, and administration support with minimal gaps in program delivery.

Business Function The Team Leader works collaboratively with the Technical Capability Manager, Technical Capability Team, and the broader Recoveries & Settlements Leadership Team to ensure consistent and effective delivery of technical capability programs. The role provides direct leadership to the Technical Coaches and Training Coordinator, ensuring their activities are aligned to business priorities and that support structures are in place to enable high quality delivery.
