About the role

As our Young Carer Case Manager, you will work alongside young carers to deliver meaningful, person-centred support that helps them navigate their caring responsibilities while continuing to grow, connect and thrive.

As part of the Carer Gateway program,



you will support young people under 25 through a dynamic mix of case management, peer support and community engagement - building connection, strengthening resilience and improving overall wellbeing.

This is a wide-ranging and purpose-driven role, well suited to someone who is motivated, emotionally intelligent and keen to develop their practice while making a tangible difference in the lives of young carers.
