About The Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Yardman / Driver to join our Laverton Branch. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping the yard organised, equipment ready, and deliveries running smoothly.

The Role
Preparing hire equipment for dispatch (cleaning, checks, refuelling)
Receiving and inspecting returned equipment
Loading/unloading equipment
Maintaining yard cleanliness and safety
Assisting with minor maintenance
Deliveries and pickups as required
Supporting daily branch operations

What We’re Looking For
Robust work ethic and reliability
Physically capable




Basic mechanical aptitude
Good communication skills
Current Driver’s Licence

Highly Regarded
Forklift Licence
MR/HR Licence
