Due to growth across the business,we currently have a recent opportunity for an experiencedRehabilitationCounsellor or Psychologist looking for the next step in their careerand moving into Leadership.

Full induction, training, and buddy system provided to set you up for success. Including weekly and monthly team meetings targeted at developing your exposure to differentpsychometricsassessments and interventions.

In your newroleyou will manage ateamofboth experienced and current starter consultants to support the growth and development of your team.

You will receive support from both a Regional Manager and a Divisional Manager tomaintainhigh-quality standards within your team. We provide ongoing training to meet evolving customer expectations and ensure successful return-to-work outcomes.
