About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Albion QLD on a full time basis.

This is a strategic leadership position that will oversee all service operations for XPENG vehicles at our Albion location.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing customer satisfaction, and leading a team of skilled technicians and apprentices.





This role is crucial to establishing and maintaining our reputation as a premier XPENG service centre in Brisbane.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, profitability, and customer loyalty whilst building a high-performing service department from the ground up.
