About the Role
Reporting to the Works Manager,
you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising allocated maintenance and project works from initial assessment and quotation through to successful completion.
You will work closely with internal tradespeople, subcontractors, clients and senior management to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise trade staff, subcontractors and site activities
Coordinate planned maintenance, responsive works and minor projects
Manage allocated work orders through the computerised maintenance management system
Inspect works, assess requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates and written quotations
Liaise professionally with clients regarding job progress, timeframes and outcomes
Schedule and coordinate trades to ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes
Monitor the quality and completion of work performed by internal teams and subcontractors
