Role Description
The Systems Trainer will report to the Training Manager and play a key role in delivering training outcomes for the Indigo Program. Working closely with the broader Change Management Section and Agency Training teams, the role will support the development and delivery of targeted learning solutions that enable successful adoption of current systems and ways of working.
The Change Management Team provides change, communications, training, and transition support to the Program through the embedded Change Management Team. The training capability within the Change Management Team consists of a Training Manager and supporting Systems Trainers, who will collectively shape the direction of training and capability uplift for a strategically significant transformation program.
As a Systems Trainer,
you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Training Manager by planning and executing the training strategy for the Program. You'll act as the vital link between the program and business, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure fit for purpose materials are developed to support adoption. Your focus will be to create and support the delivery of tailored training materials and strategies that enhance people's capabilities and drive adoption.
Qualifications
Innovate and lead creative training strategies under the guidance of the Training Manager to support digital transformation in a complex program setting, ensuring readiness for the recent system.
Collaborate with the Change Team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering change and training activities according to the overall Program schedule and approach
