Strive to Achieve Support is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated support worker to join our growing team. We are a person-centred NDIS provider committed to empowering individuals with disability to live their best lives.
About the Role
As a support worker, you will provide one-on-one assistance to NDIS participants in their daily activities, helping them build independence, confidence, and connection with their community.
Duties May Include
Assisting with personal care and hygiene
Supporting with daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, appointments)
Providing community access and transport
Encouraging social interaction and recreational activities
Implementing and documenting support plans
What We’re Looking For:
A caring and respectful approach
Strong communication skills
Experience in disability or aged care support (preferred but not essential)
Current First Aid & CPR certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
COVID-19 vaccination (in line with current guidelines)
