Requirements
Previous experience in disability, aged care or youth work is preferred
A genuine commitment to supporting people and making a positive difference
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, qualified and able to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to follow support plans, workplace procedures and relevant standards
A person-centred and respectful approach to your work
Availability that aligns with the requirements of the role

Certifications Requirements will vary depending on the position and sector. Applicants may be required to hold:
Relevant qualifications or certificates for the position
NDIS Worker Screening Check, where applicable
Working with Children Check, where applicable
National Police Check, where applicable
First Aid and CPR certification, where applicable
Relevant aged care, disability or youth work qualifications, where applicable

Working Hours Hours may vary based on roster
