About The Prospect

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Warranty Coordinator to join our Mining Warranty team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and administer the end-to-end warranty claims process across the region, ensuring claims are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with Sandvik's global warranty policies and procedures.

As the key liaison between customers, service operations, product divisions, sales teams, and finance stakeholders, you will play an key role in delivering timely claim resolutions, maintaining compliance standards, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end warranty claim process, ensuring accurate and timely claim administration.
Review, validate,



and process warranty applications and supporting documentation.
Manage warranty registrations, claim submissions, claim closures, credit notes, sales concessions, and policy settlements.
Act as the primary point of contact for warranty-related enquiries across internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between customers, service teams, sales areas, product divisions, and finance functions to support effective claim resolution.
Maintain accurate, auditable warranty records and documentation within company systems.
Monitor claim performance and support the achievement of warranty KPIs and service levels.
Assist with claim escalations, appeals, and issue resolution.
