The Training & Compliance Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of training for A220 Flight Crew and Cabin Crew, including both initial and recurrent compliance requirements.



This role specifically oversees Flight Crew Line Flight Proficiency Checks, Emergency Procedures training, recurrent simulator and ground training, upgrade training, continuity of flight crew medical(s) compliance and the completion and maintenance of training programs and records, both manual and electronic.

Your Role And Responsibilities Will Be
Ensuring aircrew legalities and expiry databases are compliant, and aircrew records and documentation are compliant with the company operations manual(s) and applicable CASA legislation. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the Part 121 Training organisation.
Accurate and timely implementation of rostering amendments of all aircrew (Flight and Cabin) in response to training disruptions across the A220 network. Critical to the role is ensuring all replanning remains compliant with relevant
