This is a 6-month contract opportunity with an immediate start, offering the chance to work within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your recent role

As the Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to onboarding
Writing and posting job advertisements
Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Conducting phone screens and interviews
Coordinating interviews and stakeholder communication
Managing candidate care throughout the recruitment process
Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
Providing recruitment advice and market insights to hiring managers




Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting

What you'll need to succeed
Previous recruitment experience, either agency or internal
Experience with Blue collar recruitment would be a bonus
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Experience sourcing candidates across a range of skilled roles
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
