About the Role

As part of our succession planning and continued growth, we are seeking a high-calibre Senior Manager/Associate Partner with strong tax expertise to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced tax advisory services, including:
Corporate tax structuring and restructuring
International and cross-border tax matters
CGT, Div 7A, and trust structuring
Oversee and review high-level compliance engagements
Business Due Diligence investigation & recommendations in mergers & acquisitions.
Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships
Identify and drive business development opportunities
Mentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staff
Contribute to firm strategy, systems, and service offerings




Maintain strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulatory changes

Qualifications
CA/CPA qualified
Minimum 8–10+ years’ experience in public practice

Required Skills
Transparent & demonstrated high-level tax technical expertise
Proven ability to handle complex advisory work independently
Robust commercial acumen and client relationship skills
Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring others
Ambition to step into equity partnership
Experience with SME clients and corporate groups highly regarded
