We're currently recruiting a Senior Site Manager to lead the onsite delivery of a major high-rise residential development on the Gold Coast.

This prospect is suited to an experienced leader who has successfully delivered complex, large-scale projects and can manage sizeable site teams through all construction stages.

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall site operations
Manage multiple Foremen and engineering teams
Drive programme, safety, and quality outcomes
Coordinate consultants and subcontractors
Report directly to the Project Manager and Construction Manager

What We're Looking For
Proven Senior Site Manager experience
Experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
Robust leadership and people management skills
Excellent planning and project delivery capability
