Are you an experienced Quality professional who thrives on building robust systems, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards across manufacturing operations?

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Quality Assurance Lead to take ownership of the quality function within a growing Australian manufacturer. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you'll lead a small quality team while driving the evolution of the Quality Management System from a paper‑based environment to a up-to-date, digital, audit‑ready operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact, influencing quality culture, and working closely with production, technical and warehouse teams to deliver consistently high‑quality products.

About the Role

As the Senior Quality Assurance Lead, you will be the independent authority on product quality and GMP compliance, ensuring quality decisions remain objective and uncompromised by operational or commercial pressures.

Leading a team of two Quality Officers, you'll oversee quality systems, compliance, audits, investigations, product release, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives while helping shape the future of the business through digitisation and smarter quality processes.
