We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join this high-performing agency in Melbourne’s Inner South East.

The Role
Manage a high-end residential portfolio with full end-to-end responsibility with leasing support
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee leasing, inspections, maintenance, arrears and compliance
Provide proactive, personalised service to a premium client base
Work within a boutique environment where your experience is genuinely valued

About You
5+ years’ property management experience
Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation




Confident managing a premium portfolio independently
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Qualified presentation and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service
