The Role

An established agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of up to 180 properties. You will be supported by a full-time shared Assistant Property Manager who handles the majority of out-of-office tasks, including routine inspections and entries. Vacates are completed with support from the assistant, with the Property Manager generally completing around one per week and only two to three routines when required. There is no leasing involved and additional administrative support is provided by virtual assistants. Company cars are also available for use during work hours.

The portfolio is managed through Ailo CRM, and the role has become available only because the current Property Manager is relocating to Sydney for family commitments.

The Candidate

To be considered, you will have:
At least two years of experience managing your own residential portfolio
Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
Confidence managing owners, tenants,



maintenance and arrears
Excellent organisation and communication skills
The ability to work well within a highly experienced team
A current driver’s licence

This role would suit a Property Manager who wants solid support, minimal out-of-office work and a secure long-term environment.

Property Managers within the office have an average tenure of than 6+ years, with several having been with the business for eight years or longer. The team is supportive, well structured and focused on recognising robust performance.
