About the Role

As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating the front desk, handling patient enquiries, and supporting the team to deliver outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointment scheduling and patient communication




Support business operations with attention to detail and accuracy
Work closely with the clinical team to maintain practice flow

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organised, efficient, and tech-savvy (dental software experience a plus)
