Your role, your contribution!
Manage and guide the planning of complex audit engagements, identifying risk, setting timetables and negotiating fees
Build and maintain robust client relationships, developing a detailed understanding of their business needs
Review audit files and prepare business reports, ensuring compliance with relevant Audit Metholodgy and standards.
Identify opportunities to add value to clients' scope of work and prepare fee proposals to help win recent business
Manage, coordinate and delegate work across the team in line with the Audit Plan
Lead, develop and mentor a team of auditors through coaching,
training and regular performance reviews

What you will bring to the role:
7+ years' audit experience, including at least 3 years in professional services or a client-facing role
CA qualified or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar would be highly desirable
Solid technical knowledge of audit standards and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Proven people leadership skills,
