Qualified Carpenter / 3rd–4th Year Apprentice

About the Role

We’re looking for a qualified Carpenter who is ready to take the next step in their career, grow their skills and work towards taking on greater responsibility and a future leadership role within our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply turning up, getting the job done and going home. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to continue developing as a carpenter and is interested in building a long-term career with a growing residential construction business.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of residential carpentry works, working closely alongside a great team and licensed builder while developing your technical knowledge, confidence and ability to lead on site.

While our preference is for a qualified Carpenter, we would also be interested in hearing from a robust 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice who is progressing well through their apprenticeship and looking for an opportunity to further develop their skills.

About You

You will ideally be
A qualified Carpenter with residential construction experience; or a capable 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
Looking to broaden your skills and continue developing your knowledge of residential construction




Confident on the tools with a solid eye for detail
Reliable, well-presented and take pride in your workmanship
Able to work independently while also contributing to a small, professional team
Motivated, proactive and willing to continue learning

Previous leadership experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, solid trade skills and the drive to grow with the business.

Requirements
Certificate III in Carpentry or currently completing a Carpentry Apprenticeship
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Construction White Card
Own basic tools
Ability to work across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas
