This is an employment position that will commence on a part time basis, managing a small portfolio of residential and commercial properties. As the portfolio grows, there will be an opportunity for the role to expand in hours, responsibility and career progression.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across both residential and commercial property management and who is interested in contributing to the development of a growing department.

About the role

The role will initially be approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as current properties are brought under management.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small portfolio while helping establish consistent systems, processes and service standards.





The successful candidate will need to be confident working independently, managing competing priorities and communicating professionally with rental providers, tenants, renters and contractors.

Key responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of commercial properties
Communicating with rental providers, commercial landlords, renters, tenants and contractors
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor access
Managing arrears and following up outstanding payments
Preparing lease renewals, rent reviews and related documentation
Assisting with the onboarding of recent managements
Conducting routine inspections and property visits where required
Maintaining accurate records and property documentation
Assisting with the improvement of internal systems and processes as the portfolio grows
