We're looking for a technically minded Project Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of Low Voltage Electrical Switchboard projects, taking them from order through to completion within our fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
About The Role
Based at our National Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in Melbourne's western suburbs, you'll be the vital link between customers, engineering, procurement, and production. You'll ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while providing an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
This is a hands-on coordination role where your technical understanding, organisation skills, and ability to build solid stakeholder relationships will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of switchboard projects, from order acceptance to final delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation and schedules
Support the development and release of Final Design Information (FDI) for manufacturing
