About the role

You'll be the face of Parcsafe in office — installing, servicing, and troubleshooting parking and access control equipment across a range of commercial, residential and industrial locations in and around Brisbane & SE QLD. Additional travel required occasionally across QLD and Australia. This is a varied, autonomous role for someone who enjoys solving problems in the field and takes pride in getting the job done right the first time.

Key responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair boom gates, traffic signal system, carpark management system, car counting and license plate camera systems
Carry out scheduled maintenance visits and respond to reactive service callouts
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out repairs in office
Complete accurate job reports, service records and compliance documentation
Liaise directly with clients and site contacts in a skilled, solutions-focused manner
Work safely and independently, following WHS procedures at all times
Manage your vehicle stock, tools and parts to keep jobs running efficiently

What we are looking for




Trade qualification preferred in electrical, mechanical, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Experience with access control, boom gates, automated gates, or similar equipment highly regarded
Solid fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems
A current driver's license and a clean driving record,
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in all conditions
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
White Card (construction induction) and EWP preferred but not essential
