The role
This is an Aboriginal Identified rolewhere Aboriginal identity, cultural knowledge or connections are a genuine aspect of the role. Positions are specifically noted under the provisions of the NSW Anti-discrimination Act (1977).
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex grant programs. Ensuring solid governance, compliance, risk management and performance oversight. You’ll provide clear advice and reporting to senior leaders, while guiding the team and resolving issues early to keep programs on track.
You’ll work closely with Aboriginal communities, Local Aboriginal Land Councils and government partners to build strong relationships and navigate sensitive conversations.
With competing priorities and tight timeframes, you’ll coordinate delivery, monitor progress and tackle challenges head-on to keep outcomes moving and create real impact for communities. You’ll also help create a supportive team workplace where people enjoy working together, bring a positive approach to challenges and stay focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.
