About the role

• Participate in developing the marketing strategy for the hotel in line with company objectives.
• Responsible for developing and communicating marketing programming, managing the marketing calendar, and working closely with departments as needed
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Assist the General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing,



and other HODs to set marketing strategies
• Monitor and manage the performance of all employees through regular performance reviews, feedback, and PIP if required
• Assisting with strategic direction for the brand and effectively developing, managing, and executing the communications and marketing activities for the club.
• Delivering outbound content and marcomms including, but not limited to, EDM and SMS campaigns
• Contracting reporting and preparing budgets for the Marketing department – monthly, quarterly, and annually
