We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter with robust preventative and breakdown maintenance experience for a ongoing role with a leading packaging manufacturer in the Northern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical fitting duties on Manufacturing Equipment
Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and fault finding activities
Support manufacturing improvement as required
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions to complete tasks safely and accurately




Ensure all work is completed in line with WHS requirements, quality standards, and site procedures

Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Mechanical Fitter (essential)
Relevant Australian trade qualification (essential)
Experience in Manufacturing industrial environments (advantage)
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability
Basic welding skills (advantage)
Basic Machining skills (advantage)
Strong commitment to safety
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
