About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Property Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a short-term contract basis to support our Marketing Manager during a particularly busy period. This role would suit someone with prior experience in commercial real estate, property development or agency marketing who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
Coordinating property marketing campaigns from brief through to launch
Preparing brochures, flyers, signboards and campaign collateral
Managing property listings across online platforms
Assisting with proposal and presentation preparation
Coordinating EDMs and email marketing campaigns
Liaising with agents,



suppliers, designers and printers
Providing general marketing and administrative support to the wider business

Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have:

Required Skills
Previous experience in commercial real estate, property or related marketing
Robust organisational and project coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
Experience with EDM platforms and social media channels
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
