Seeking a Maintenance Officer for a leading not for profit aged care facility that provides quality Aged Care throughout metropolitan and regional NSW The position is responsible for:
Providing quality building maintenance and gardening services which meet statutory requirements and Resident.
Providing administration and reporting functions in line with the organisations policies and processes.
Ensuring that services provided are consistent with the mission, philosophy and values of the organisation

Requirements




Appropriate trade qualifications and/or experience in Property/Building maintenance Demonstrated supervisory experience of contractors.
Current C-Class NSW Driver License.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word/Excel/Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements, alter services in response to identified needs, and evaluate customer satisfaction.
Willing and able to work within a Christian context and the organisations philosophies, vision and values. Meet the physical requirements of the role.
Willingness to obtain and maintain a current senior first aid certificate.
Possess a current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care (or willingness to obtain
