PGR Recruitment is partnering with an established Australian practice to appoint a Principal/Partner in Wills and Estates for planning and administration. The role is hybrid with a Sydney office and East Coast flexibility, with no billable hours and a fixed fee model.
You will lead estate planning, probate and administration, shape the team 12–18 months out, and own the strategy. The work is pipeline-driven and you will build the practice to handle it, mentoring juniors along the way.
